A simple defend and shadow-attack deck. Plumeveil and fog bank are defenders, enhanced by echo circlet and dipl. immunity. Thalakos seer attackes, enhanced by CnD, and Cunning. Teferi's Veil protects the TS from sorceries, enable his card-drawing and keeps cunning in play. Most important cards can be transmuted on hand with Muddle the Mixture.

This is a great deck. I'm working on a similar phasing deck. Just so you know though, phasing does not trigger entering or leaving play events. So phasing T.S. does not allow you to draw a card.
