Deck Description

A very new player friendly deck for commander. Play elves. If they die they still provide value. Play more elves. Win via basic combat damage or commander damage.

How to Play

I'll use this section for the sorts of upgrades you'll want with time. Aside from land's which can cost a pretty penny look out for getting things like Haunting Voyage and Heroic Intervention. Each card will dramatically alter the board state in your favor.

Deck discussion for Budget EDH, Elf Tribal

I suggest you consider Haunting Voyage for a quick come back should you face a board wipe, otherwise good deck.

I'll put that down as a non-budget upgrade suggestion because It's a more expensive card than anything else I put in the deck by a fair margin. It IS a good pick though. Same reason it's not running Heroic intervention or the like.

Okay understandable, so maybe consider the following Aphetto Dredging or Patriarch's Bidding. The latter is more dangerous as if you're going against another tribal deck this might backfire on you.

Those are both solid picks even if Dredging is a bit slow.
