I thought that initially, and the initial build had a lot of removal, i.e terminate, dreadbores in SB, thoughtseize, inquisition, path to exile. The problem was that there wasn't enough interaction between athreos/liliana to really make the choices difficult and keep up the pseudo card advantage.I figured it this way, if my guy blocks a creature and kills it, it either returns to my hand, which then I just replay it, or they lose 3 life to keep it in the GY.Also, Finks and riftwatchers make it a pseudo lightning helix, if they take the 3 life to keep it in the gy, they take 3 and i've gained 4 overall (in general), and if they return it to my hand, i gain anywhere from 6-8 life, which is a bigger life swing than helix. Tyramet also basically flings the creatures, giving them an even harder choice.

I have been thinking of adding in some form of card draw, most likely it would be bob, over the lost auramancers to keep the CMC a little lower. Basically, It ends up being pure advantage at some point due to the recursive creatures, plus them having to pay to keep a card in the GY.
Instead of think twice maybe use telling time?
not sure if price is necessary since it may take away too much. possibly vapor snag since it can help trigger the combo, and return a creature to their hand, essentially doing the same general idea as price.
What about gut shot? Can set off your infinite combo for only 2 life. Also can enable it by t4 if everything pans out right.

i don't like TC because i can't go through enough of the deck, drawing 7 for 2 is better than drawing 3 in my mind, especially since most of the deck is land. Usually at that point I only need 2 cards to be in a much better position. From my play and the meta around here, silumgar i found being sideboarded out a lot for the murk lurkers, when i also sideboarded tasigur. He's a strong play in certain instances, but the murk lurkers at least are something they have to deal with. I've played around bouncing ugin in and out of the main deck, and i've found that overall i do well with the pearl lake and the ashiok's more than running 1 of each. Overall, just from my meta it seems like this run is a little more consistent than the original build which had all of those in main. I went 2-2 (2-1,0-2,1-2,2-0) with that build, 3-1 (2-0,2-1,1-2,2-0) with this build
Glancing through quickly i didnt see anyone mention Summoner's Pact. Any reason? could drop progenitus to 2 and craterhoof to 1 and put in 4 so you can always search to find one. Eiher that or chord of calling but i dont think youd have enough creatures to convoke to 10+ for progenitus. Maybe for the craterhoof though
