Wow man take the burn to an extreme eh? You might consider removing some land, your biggest spell is Fireblast which isn't really that great, other than that i think your highest mana was 3. without a strong creature base your gonna wanna pull those burn spells as much as possible and you can't do that if your drawing lands. , and definitely consider swapping out the sandstone needles for some cheap but effective blockers. Also prodigal pyromancer is prolly right up your alley
