This deck is a clone of Modern URw Delver Cruise by AmericanZoni. http://www.mtgvault.com/americanzoni/decks/modern-urw-delver-cruise/I have two concerns here:With 5 prowess creatures, I am not sure the 3x Spell Pierce and 2x Spell Snare what I need here. With prowess triggers, I want to be able to cast things on my turn. Mutegentic Growth and Gut Shot seem very aggressive. Boros Charm, Jeskai Charm, and Izzet Charm are also consideration because of their flexibility. I would rate them in that order, with Boros Charm 1st because of the ability to reach out 4 damage or to protect the few beaters this deck has. I am not sure how great double strike is with just 13 targets in this deck. Targeting a Seeker of the way for twice the lifelink could be relevant in some matchups. The charms are mana intensive.Secondly, Thought Scour feels lackluster. It is great as a one blue mana cantrip. It fuels Treasure Cruise. The cases where I would use this on my opponent to great effect in modern are few (i.e. after they cast Serum Visions and keep something on top). How good of a draw Thought Scour is depends on the creatures I have on my board or possibly if I have set up a Serum Visions scrye to mill lands.

i think a deck like this wants to get down to business and not have cards in hand that "may be good if x,y,z happens". you want business spells and business creatures. spell snare and pierce are blowout cards when they hit but the other 1/2 of the time you can't wait to board them out. this wants to be an aggro deck and needs to be an aggro deck. get down to business!
