I think queen should be your commander with her you can find any other sliver you want
some of your lands are not legal in this deck. lands can only contain green and black in this deck so like marsh flats and misty rainforest are illegal.
you can only have 4 of 1 card in your deck
you are one card too heavy. EDH is your commander plus a 99 card deck. just an fyi

btw when i cloaned it i dropped on of the relentless rats and put akromas memorial in since imo thats too good not to use lol
