Phyrexian Mana allows for you to play high cost for dirt cheap, at the right price. This deck is designed to allow for your life to never drop lower than you want, but still drop monstrous creatures. The sideboard allows for certain removals that the main deck lacks, and still ramps up your rage extractors. This is a casual deck, with no means to play it in standard or modern.
You want to start with quick artifacts that have control. Shrine of Loyal Legions, Mindcrank and potentially a Norn's Annex if you can afford the 3 and 4 life. This is when it's ideal to play Suture Priests and Golem's Hearts and pay for the Phyrexian Processor.Later on you want to drop larger and larger creatures that can hit harder. Mainly save your phyrexian cost ones for after your Rage Extractors enter. If you lost an important piece, Remember the Fallen can help recover that and other creatures like Suture Priests or even the Porcelain Legionnaires.By late game, Phyrexian Unlife and Warstorm Surge make for great plays. Elesh Norn and the use of Master's Call and Shrine of Loyal Legions means an army of 3/3's and no chump blockers or mana rampers for your enemy. The Darksteel Plate should protect Norn as she battles. The side board has exiles to remove all copies of cards. Allowing for more control where this lacks. Don't mind that the side board has little White and no Red, they're all Phyrexian Mana Cost.
