This deck is the story of a challenge : pick a legendary creature I love and try to make some badass stuff with it. Challenging myself to deckbuild a EDH deck where the text-box of the commander is not just a obvious "instructions of use" of "How to play the deck". Throw away the overated commander and pick a low-tier one : Temmet, Vizier of Naktamun !The first step was to net-decking some advices on EDHREC, but I rapidly feel disappointed by the most suggestions (Embalm, tiny swarm tokens, ect.). What I wanted was to punch the ennemie once, and doing huge amount of damages with a stompy unique token ! Create the surprise of a Azorius deck wich can deal on the battlefield with the most aggresive green colored deck !So, my thought process going to found the most powerful White / Bleue / Colorless creature, (Desolation Twin, Serra Avatar, Ajani Goldmane) then make copie of them (Quasiduplicate, Rite of Replication, ect.).Optimize with some extra damage (Inquisitor's Flail, Duelist's Heritage).Add some mana-boost solutions (Weathered Wayfarer, Knight of the White Orchid, Keeper of the Accord, Grand Arbiter Augustin IV).And finally the basic commander stuffs (stones, drawing effect, mass kill sorcery)
It's always a pleasure to be the outsider who get the best out of the game. Unfortunately, the first playtests was not so explosive than I expected. The deck was lazy, slow and helpless. Some changes needed. And finally, there was THE GAME that change everything in my way of playing it.
