Removed Collected Company; Kiora, Master of the Depths; Temple of Deceit; Life//Death; and Nissa, Voice of Zendikar.
Added Wonder, Worldly Tutor, Phyrexian Altar, Forest, and Reanimate.

Hero's Downfall > Murder
Confound is not amazing for you. Your deck doesn't have a ridiculous amount of dudes, I think Desertion or Counterspell would be better fits. You will often find yourself with very few reasons to play Confound over Counterspell.
Damnation? Plague Winds? Decree of Pain? Cyclonic Rift?
Silent Arbiter has a lot of power here.
Mesmeric Orb and Kozilek go really well together here.
Ravenous Trap, Tormod's Crypt, or Relic of Progenitus seem necessary. Most commander decks have Kozi or Ulamog.
