Based around Phylactery Lich. Ideal first turn would be - Dark Ritual, Phylactery Lich and Vault of Whispers. At first, I wanted this deck to be more MBC with stuff like Hymn to Tourach and Duress but that wasn't working. I went with a more Aggro version and It's much more suited to the Lich's ETB requirement.

if ur deck is based around a certin card, i would recomend a way of drawing him like diabolic tutor

I guess it's really geared toward supporting Phylactery Lich's ETB ability. Although it doesn't completely rely on getting him to win like a combo deck. This deck is more like a Black Weenie deck that tries to dominate the early part of a game. I do have a play set of Demonic Tutors I could throw in though as I only really play Casual.
