Where is the lifegain? How are the Serra's Ascendants ever going to get their bonus? Or the Kitsune flip? You seem to rely solely on Martyr of Sands for this, a puny 1/1. And the Martyr requires you to keep your cards in hand, so if you defend yourself, you'll get less life. Consider: Soul Warden, Congregate, Gerrard's Wisdom. Also consider Reliquary Tower to maximize the effects of Gerrard's Wisdom and the Martyrs.
