i would say you got to many devour's so take some out. i would take out thorn-trash and skullmulcher.
spore burst isn't very effective in your deck since you only got 2 types of basic lands

okay, i don't get how you're going to win something with this deck?
if you wanna go helix pinnacle, then go for elvish arch druid and priest of titania,
otherwise if you wanna pump your elves there's a lot of good elves f.x. elvish arch druid (again) imperious perfect, and a lot of other stuff, but what is the idea with this deck?

it looks pretty good, but i think it's to slow, i know that you've got a lot of mana accel, but it's still slow.
im not that much into beasts but i know most of them are expensive, dunno if you can make you creatures any cheaper.

well try to go in card search then type elf in type, and take a look at al the elfs :)

first of all thrim it down to 60, i'd remove ambush comander, looks like a good card but it's expensive, especially if your opponent has some damnation/wrath of god (will kill your lands) get in imperious perfect! :D one of the best elf cards me thinks! : * )

the sanity grindings kinda loose their power because it isn't pure blue.
carin wanerer/mortivore/beacon of unrest are all about creatures, and telemin is all about your opponent having few creatures, so maybe switch between them whener youre playing against a creature based deck or a deck without a lot of creatures. other then that it looks pretty good.
