I would run 4 mana leaks over 4 cancels. And I think 29 lands is too much 26 is enough. I also would play into the roils instead of vapor snags or unsummon.

Ahh sorry didnt see the sideboard.
The deck is similar to mine that im going to get soon. Maybe adding some brightheart banneret to lower cost of your warriors or some one cmc guys like tattermunge maniac, goblin gaveleer or skarrgan pit-skulk. You could also add lightning bolt.
