I don’t know how block works with core sets, so if anyone does know please help

Isn't it just like standard, with the newest core and the newest part of a block. Two newest blocks if it's standard, one if it's just the block.

No block is like Zendikar rise of the eldrazi and Zendikar rising, because they all take place on zendikar
So it's a new thing.Then I'd guess it's the newest core + location.
The Core sets have no location as far as I know, but I do want to know so I put this out there
I think core sets represent dominaria in general. We keep seing the planeswalkers walk within it, and keep getting hints at old and new planes. Slivers somehow manage to show up more than phyrexian.
Master of time very good
There are two buyback spells he might want to consider. One is a counterspell, that demands high mana, but when you have it, you can counter unlimited. The other is a card that adds more loyalty.A third option for development is moonfolk. All moonfolk can bounce lands as part of their own abilities.A few of them could be interesting to add.
Master of time won't be baned yet he slow nuff too stay around allso
