Main Deck (30 cards)

Sideboard (30 cards)

Instants (8)

Planeswalkers (4)

Enchantments (2)

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

Go check out the other decks with the tag half-deck, as they will describe it better than I would. Also I chose red and blue as I saw a white , a black , and a green halfdeck.

How to Play

Build is all about getting out one of the creatures, putting either auras or equipment on it, then just swinging away at their life total. Burn is just a burn deck with Tibalt to prevent lifegain, and frenzy as a finisher

Deck discussion for Build and burn

Lol, the halfdeck halfdescription!
Let's hope others doesn't opt for that too. :0

Both builds seem strong, and I like that you are experimenting with the lands.

My goal was to have it so that each deck was powerful by itself, while also being able to go with any deck at least somewhat compatibility, and I feel like I succeeded. Also the description was a ploy to make others look at the other halfdecks

Well you certainly seem to have made the competitive on their own :)

It was a good ploy to divert attention, but could have horrible consequences if it catches on.
It will be fun to see if anyone else goes with a halfdescription.

You seem up and about early!

Ah, yeah it's weekend. I've been on the job so didn't think of it :)
But soon you will have to face twice as much school as you are used to.
Strixhaven is showing some commands, and new annoying art for old cards. Looks nice though, both the new and the old stuff.

If you're running a blue deck around unblockable creatures, you must have Sigil of Sleep. It's devastating.

It’s not legal in historic, whichbis what these are made for

It seems that the meta in arena has finally discovered that -1/-1 counters take out indestructible.
Judging from the rise of toski-decks I think that was the main reason why the trick was discovered.
Saw mono white be defeated by -1/-1 tech. Most of them tries to use selfless saviour to try to save their 1/1 key cards but it sort of fails :)

In modern death's shadow/scourge is almost the only deck that uses dismember, as the rest seems to have forgotten it. I can't figure out why, because indestructible is pretty widespread, especially on gods.
Maybe people are forgetting it because of the kaldheim gods that are indestructible.

Tron uses dismember and I think humans do, also there aren't many indestructible creatures in modern

Humans is usually 5c, so that seems like a very nice adaption.
I didn't notice tron had gained black. Do you know why ?

Not black, but it's colourless removal that's why they do, or at least when I play it they do

Oh, yeah, they are mainly colorless at their lands. Do some of them still have that eldrazi wailers or what's it's called ?
(Creates a 1/1 token or counters something)

I have no idea what you’re talking about, but most tron I‘ve faced doesn’t use that many counters or tokens

Warping wail.

No I haven’t seen that, the first and second option are too specific and the third one is useless as the deck doesn’t need ramp

Tron had warping wail at a period. It could act as an emergency blocker against aggro, it could foil some combo, and in case of a blood moon it could be emergency ramp.
Tronlands were vulnerable then, and with a deck so old it must have accumulated a lot of hatred against it.

The problem is with how expensive the cards are either you get tron and play them, or you don't get tron and you fail. It might have had it at some point, but I have never seen it and they don't have it now.

I remember a time where tron had lightning bolt as a silver bullet against a very specific deck.
It's always cool to know the reasoning behind changes.

I actually don't remember that, but I do remember that the situation caused an article to be written about the tech in mtggoldfish.
