Im still testing the deck, but since I initially posted this list the changes I wanted to make have happened and Inferno Titan and Chandra have been dropped due to the consistency of having a third Frosty and a second Tamiyo. Sticking two Frosty's along with a Tamiyo or Dungeon Geists can shut down a lot of decks especially on the play and not missing a land drop. Future prospects are not to try to test either Gutshot, Mental Misstep, and Incinerate against the popular decks in my local meta. Time will only tell. Other notes include, me absolutely loving playing this deck. It has many lines of play like burning opponents completely out, or swinging repeatedly with Snappy and Geists while controlling their board, and also going off with Tamiyo and Frosty's after dismantling their early game. Evolving Wilds has proven completely necessary. I bumped it up to two after having to ghost quarter a mountain turn 4 to find an island -.-

This is similar to my list except I forgo the early game and Delver, for end game and Frosty. No equipment either. I contemplated going this route for my deck, but decided I wanted a deck good against aggro, because it's just my style I suppose. Only card I think would be great in this list that your not running is Dungeon Geists. Have you seen the RUG delver lists with Mayor's and Huntmasters? It's more Midrange but it looks incredibly cool.
Hmm wow, I didn't know you were running that many one-ofs, it felt so consistent. Yeah guys is right -1 Increasing Devotion for Souls and Sorin would help Hard to believe you were not running x4 souls, you have so many token producing cards its gross...but a midnight haunting could be another removal for it. Why thank you kind sir. As far as miracle goes, I feel it's suited better for G/W/x decks where you can reuse the miracles with noxious revival and reclaim to get extra reach for the miracle costs. Temporal Mastery is definitely a build-around, niche card that will likely find a in either U/R or U/W control decks. This depends though on the access of another "digger" card like ponder. If ponder doesn't get a reprint that is. Also I can't help but feel Mastery would just jank up your hands and force mulligans more likely than not in an overly aggro deck such as Zombiezz. I like this, it's a control ramp deck no? It looks like Solemn is the key card here as your mana base is quite intense. Personally I'd suggest another primeval titan to help find your needed lands OR some blue card drawing spells like think twice, or maybe amass the components. lookin good!~ This deck currently has my number. Looking at it this way...my suggestion now is to test out Diregraf Ghoul in place of either skinrender or havengul. Maybe just two to start? I feel a solid 6 one drops in the MB would help alot. Or you know just SB more 1 drops against control decks.
Going to finish importing my list this afternoon. Major Changes I know I want to make: -1 Chandra, the Firebrand -1 Inferno Titan +2 Tamiyo, the Moon Sage Cards I'd like to test: Temporal Mastery: I had one copy in an early version of the deck and just didn't enjoy the minimal benefits and would rather leave mana open during the early turns instead of a random time walk which might get me ahead a land or a card at most. Vessel of Endless Rest: For some reason I think this deck could use the mana ramp but it suffers the same problem as mastery where I want to keep my mana open early to counter things and think twice. This card has the upside possibly reusing bonfire or devastation tide.
