Your dead with this deck. You need creatures, or you die. Put in x4 Cinder Pyromancer's for sure, they help with getting rid of enemy creatures while your killing your opponent. Also, if you don't have creatures, then you will waste a ton of your mana and killing cards destroying their creatures, and they can usually outlast you. In my burn decks I use glacial chasm or freyalise's winds to help control. If you don't want to have creatures, slap in 4 glacial chasm's to make sure you don't die.

With glacial chasm you lose 2 a turn, and with sulfuric vortex in it you would lose 4, but chances are you would deal much more than that a turn with cinder pyromancers in play. Freyalise's winds becomes useful and only playable when your behind and don't have a glacial out. My perfect game is glacial chasms early on, and then win in 6 turns with a shock/grapeshot/flame jab or two every turn, volcanic hammers and lava bursts help out too, but with cinder pyromancers you should do 4 a turn.

Okay first of all Cinder Pyromancers can not deal their damage to creatures it's to players only, so I don't see why you think they'd help unless you need a chump blocker which in that case I'd just go Mogg Fanatic.

Secondly I have 20 1 drop burn spells that deal at the very least 2 damage and rift bolt does 3.

Swath Doubles all the damage I deal. And I don't worry about their creatures too much because If I can burn them faster than they can attack me.

why no "madness"? Seems to me if you're going to play the pyromancers vault you should be playing with madness. Here's a great one to add: "Fiery Temper" from Lorwyn set, its normaly 1RR to cast for 3 dammage....but madnesss cost is just R!! Sounds a lot like Lightning Bolt, and to get to remain in standard play.
How about "Blast from the Past" , its 2R for 2 damage BUT its madness R, with cycling, buyback and flashback, AND if you pay the kicker you also get a 1/1 goblin for fodder. :)

continuing:
I would play shock, R for 2 ( +2 with vault for 4 ) then discard "temper" and "Blast" for 3+2 and 2+2...thats 13 damage for 3 mana, probably on round 4. Eye popping.

I would also sac the 4 manamorphose for 2 howling mines and 2 everlasting torment, to address the massive healing of some pure white decks around round 4-5 and the "wither" feature of torment elimintes the "persist" power of critters when you cook them. Make your kitchen too hot for the finks!

sorry "fiery temper" is in Time Shifted and "blast from the past" from unhinged and not legal in extended. but you get the idea :)

I am already running shock, So I guess you just didn't see it, and I will consider the Fiery Temper but seeing as it goes non-T2 in a month it wont be in for long.
