Pros: Costs about as much as an Intro Deck but is far superior. Legal in Vintage. Is compatible with almost any useful artifacts you may have.Cons: Illegal in most formats. Budget, so is not as good as it could be. Vulnerable to artifact removal.
Play Islands and Seats early in the game, then use them to fuel Master Transmuter later. For fast creatures, use Blighted Agent and Augury Owl, which both have evasion and useful abilities. Once you have enough mana, play the drakes and use Viral Drake's proliferate to further infect your opponent. If an onslaught of drakes isn't enough, use Tinker and Transmuter to play the Crown, Scepter, and Throne. This, combined with your flying armada should be sufficient.

Run 4 fabricates, tinker is fun and all, but taking that out will make this legal in both legacy and modern instead of only vintage

You'd also have to replace the artifact lands if you wanted it to be modern, modern banned all the artifact lands that produce a color
Sorry, can't do that. But I will consider Fabricate. Also, there is only 1 Tinker.
