And you win... how? Leyline of Vitality is easily the most useless leyline in there, since it doesn't interact well with leyline of Punishment. You might want to get leyline of lightning to 4, which would allow you to ping your opponent for up to 4 every time you play crop rotation or tutor or etc, especially with serra's sanctum. That said I still don't see a method to win, and a simple Back to Nature would blow you out big time.

I've tried Timbermaw Larva before... they're pretty fail in the end. I'd suggest replacing then with Pellakka Wurms and/or Terra Stompers.
I have to very much agree with the survival caches.... 4 is awesome, and it's a card I always pick up if I'm in white limited (haven't tried to use it yet in constructed). I'd also suggest harmless assault over Repel the Darkness, and getting ahold of Transcendant Master would give you a highly offensive way to keep your life high. I'd also trade a Celestial Mantle and an Eland Umbra for a Luminous Wake.
Not "doing" Planeswalkers is a lame excuse, especially as Nissa is pretty much the cheapest one for being so narrow, and it just came out at as a foil promo. It's pretty good overall as well. If you do get a hold of one, I'd pull a Strength of the Tajuru for it. Arbor Elves would probably be better than the Tajuru Preservers, as I see those as a sideboard card.
Gnarlid + Pump = Unblockable. I can pump the Gnarlid and swing for big with the Kiln fiend.
By which I mean, the battlesinger doesn't give haste to anyone, and I don't see any other potential source for it.
I like that you've figured out a way to abuse the allies that much, but the problem is that without haste, only the Battlesinger and the first Hada Freeblade can attack that turn (totaling 15 damage... 3 short of a kill). Try Burst of Speed to finish the combo off (R, All creatures you control gain haste). That way you can summon like mad for the Hada Freeblade's effect, then swing with everything.
Since the effect of the spirit-dancer only allows you to draw cards, and there's really nothing special you will want to spend the extra mana on from Bear Umbra (except to extend yourself even further) I think that it would be beneficial to replace 2 Bears with Mammoths. I also like the idea of using Hartebeests, but he is really heavy and I'm not sure it would serve particularly well.
Scheme deck: 2 I Delight in Your Convulsions 2 Introductions are in Order 2 My Undead Horde Awakens 2 All In Good Time 2 Your Will is not Your Own 2 Dance, Pathetic Marrionette 2 The Dead Shall Serve 2 Only Blood Ends your Nightmares 1 Behold the Power of Destruction 1 I Know All, I See All 1 Ignite the Cloneforge! 1 Every Hope Shall Vanish
Part of the battle right now is trying to figure out what pump/damage spells to bother with. I ended up opting for Surreal Memoir because it's got rebound, I figure I can pull back a cheap spell to cast the same turn most of the time. I'm *this* tempted to just splash enough red to get the kiln fiend in and go nuts with the pump spells, but I think I'd have to find another evasive creature to make that work.
It's more focused on the kiln fiend, but anytime Aura Gnarlid is bigger than the opponents... he's unblockable. Combine that with multiple ways to pump him up and you're good to go. The aura thing is a headfake with the gnarlid.
I'm not sure I like Path of Exile in this deck. It's probably minor, but it interferes with BloodBraid pulling out a creature so that you can pull out 3 monsters instead of just 1, even though it does net you removal. Awakening zone would give you more mana and any turn it's out would allow you to bring back VengeVine with any one creature, making it worth the loss in tempo. Realms uncharted seems like a good idea in this deck with the reliquaries etc.
What about Valakut Fireboar? Swing for 7 with MageSlayer support would be win, and then you can sit back and defend with that 7. Rinse and repeat.
Side deck some silences against Wraths, probably taking out either a set of clerics or might of the masses. You would play it pre-emptively on a turn when you're pretty much ready to take them out. The more copies you accumulate beforehand the better. Vines of Vastwood also seems like an obvious side deck. I'd also put Aura Gnarlid either main or side, as it will allow you to get him through if you pump him up with a sigil or might of the masses. Eldrazi token decks could potentially stall you otherwise. I can't help but think that perhaps Growth Spasm is a better fit for this deck as opposed to Harrow. It nets you the same amount of mana (albeit uncolored) and lands while giving you more tokens for devouring as well. I'll have to try this out. Canopy cover might work better/in tandem with recluse to get your big attackers through and protect against spot removal.
Why no ideas unbound? My version has seething songs in it, which means that I can draw out (almost) my entire deck with the combo, then cast a Seething song or two to fuel the spikes/ritual combo. Admittedly it's more focused on that single combo though. I should update it for extended!
I like the idea of using Necropotence, although that's a bit black heavy. Mischievous Poltergeist would give you some reliable defense with the same advantages as blood wall, without sacrificing more life than you're ready to.
