It's an agro version of the Green-White Hate Bearers deck. Always loved the deck of controlling the opponents moves while running past them at full speed. You can become a real threat very quickly and if your opponent is ready to deal with it, you'll just go past them.
If you get lucky enough to have a vial in your opening hand I'd suggest playing it. Keeping one at 2 and one at 3 is optimal. You're dudes often dictate what your opponents can and can't do and the rest are just hard to kill. The idea behind the Arbiters and the Mind Censors is that you Ghost Quarter their lands away and they get nothing out of it. Unfortunately, once you're top decking, you don't have much to move past that. Get the hitters out early and hope they can get the kill before being removed. 4 toughness is considered resilient and anything with 4 power is a tank. Come out swinging.
