This deck focuses on 2 cards mainly. First is Knowledge and Power since all but 8 cards in the deck has a scry ability with some of them being multiple use scry cards like Thassa, God of the Sea and Sigiled Starfish you could easily use this enchantment to burn down your opponent while still having good tempo control with the bump and counter cards in the deck. The Spellheart Chimera is the second focus with the 16 instant or sorcery spells in the deck giving it the potential to be a 16/3 at max but with the burns and control along with the Prognostic Sphinx killing your opponent shouldn't be an issue.
