A version of a mechanic that i always loved and others may have under appreciated from Obsidian fireheart is the blaze counters on lands. now you cant put more than one blaze counter on a land through Obsidian Fireheart... but with proliferate... you can, dealing more and more damage each turn as i proliferate. it was a mechanic ive been toying with forever but since volt charge came out it came together pretty fast. of course the other part of the deck is ramping with the everflowing chalices to a fireball, Red sun's zenith or even the burst lightning for an easy critical hit to either a creature or their life. Chandra in this is a total game ender until Fire brand hits this deck :P first turn shes out hit one damage plus whatever spells you hit them for. then the next turn you can proliferate chandra for her ultimate ability which could be a game ender... This deck works alot better in 2 headed giant and it is currently 12/6 in 1v1.. so its not bad (atm.) always love to hear what improvements people would add to it so i wanna hear them :P

So, multiple blaze counters on the land would kick off the burn multiple times? It strikes me that Fireheart's ability imparts the land the one opportunity to deal the damage, regardless of the number of counters on it. At least, that's how I'm reading it. Can you explain that bit further? Otherwise, however, it's solid, straight-up red punching, and I approve of it greatly :D
yes you have it right just look at the link it's the best explaination.
