An updated version of my favorite deck from when I played reanimation in extended. I quit just before ... uh. The one with samurais. I know there are better creatures than the ones I run (including some in the sideboard), but I'm primarily running favorites alongside strong newcomers.
As with most reanimation decks, a turn two or three win by conceding is ideal. Iona will do that by herself, Iona and Amacyn are ridiculous. If you've drawn lots of reanimation targets, Volrath can swing for 15+ on turn three (or gain you that much life if swords comes around). However, realistically, turn 2/3 wins aren't always possible. Buried Alive for three champions, or two and the Hellkite turns living death into a 18-20 damage nuke.Sideboardwise, Sheoldred and Scion are for mirror matches. Duress doesn't hurt either. Nishoba and the wurms are for aggro decks. Angel of Despair is around for those pesky things that can't otherwise be killed. Akroma is there because I like her and I guess against red.Other cards I own: Jin and the demon dude that makes every discard every turn. If I ever play competitively, I'll end up chucking Visara and Volrath for those two. I do know about Griselbrand and if I played competitively, he'd go in place of the champions.

Get Iona; Blazing Archon; and Elesh Norn out and you've probably won. So I'd say you're already using a decent amount of the "good" targets for reanimation. Although, I don't see my favourite wurm, Massacre Wurm. It works nicely alongside Elesh Norn :P Btw, "The one with samurais." is Kamigawa.
