Keep their cards on top of their deck until you get Timesifter out, then take a lot of turns and beat them down with tiny creatures or RFG their deck with Jace. Wayward soul keeps your top card a 4 drop, and if that doesn't cut it, then just mill them with your wizard/Jace or put a land on top of their deck. You will always know if your top card is good enough to beat theirs because of all the cards that reveal what's on top to you.
