Just trying to think of ways to make it more early friendly... tried to do it with the Pilgrim and Elves, but I get what you mean man. Thanks for looking at the deck :).

I'd be more than happy to suggest cards you might like, and types of decks that others play with a bit (with what limited experience I have), if you have any ideas you might have in terms of direction?

i.e. is there any particular theme or card or idea you would like to base this deck around? Is there a certain play style you like in particular?

Damn man, my bad sorry :s. Didn't think before typing.

Just as ideas you may want to consider Wreath of Geists and Mulch. Both of those are in the Innistrad Block, and look like they fit your theme.

Skaab and the Wurm/Splinterfright work against each other man :S. One benefits from having cards in your grave and the other removes them.

You could ditch the Skaab for other cards that help you when they get into the grave or are easy to get there (Viridian Emissary comes to mind), or work to put others in your grave (e.g. Mulch or Jace's Archivist would be cool also), or like Wreath of Geists where it benefits you having cards in your grave. If the 'cards in your graveyard angle is what you like.

Hope this has helped dude.

Also is it possible to make this deck without the Snapcaster Mage? He's unfortunately a bit pricey. :s

Hey man I hate to ask, but could you look at a deck for me? I'm only just getting into MtG so I don't really have the cards yet, but I like how this deck looks and would like it to be good.

Wondering how well this deck plays?

And what do you normally win with?

(I'm guessing 25 lands?)

Looks like a bunch of fun. Genuinely interested in the info please.

What I tried to do, but sooo many cards... I've only really been looking at MtG for a couple of months and it took me a bit to get used to what there is in standard.

For ideas I've mainly been looking through what other people have done in this site.

Crazy crazy game.
