I came here in search of ideas for my own Geth, Lord of the Vault deck. Since you're open for comments, I figured I'd share the thoughts that came to mind while reviewing the list you have. 1) You need a lot more creatures (or permanents). When playing commander, it's best to find a creature that has the same ability as the spell you want to use. 2) Don't focus on reanimate spells. Geth does that.3) In my group, focusing a lot on offense makes me a huge target. Focus more on building up your defenses and less on annoying your opponents and you'll last a lot longer. This advise is purely if you're planning on playing multiplayer games. 1 v 1 commander, it's best to go full aggro.

Love the idea. This has the potential of being a pretty decent deck with a few tweaks. These are my suggestions, take them or leave them:- Remove the black cards and make it a strictly RU deck- Reduce the number of Keranos (2x)- Main board Tibalt (2x)- Remove Blue Sun's Zenith (UUU is too much for a non-mono blue deck)- Add Black Vise (4x - mtgvault says it isn't legal in Vintage/Legacy but it is)- Add Howling Mine (2-4x)- Add Ebony Owl Netsuke (2-4x)- Consider adding Brainstorm or Ponder to drill down through your own deck to get out combo pieces- Add Anvil of Bogardan (2-4x)
If you want to win by decking them you should consider Howling Mine to speed the process along.
I think you meant legality instead of meta. Meta refers to: (a) What is popular (b) What is the current trend in tournaments. This deck contains everything under the sun from standard to vintage... and "Budget" is in the deck tag... so...
Mill works too slow not to have anything to block with... I vote Wall Of Frost or Fog Bank.
Since the build: I've played it a few times and concluded I could easily rename it to "Sex Panther"... because 60% of the time, it works every time.
