The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
This is a classic vintage burn setup with a few modern tweaks added to the foundation. Card draw is no problem here with wheel of fortune and browbeats, and even if an empty hand becomes threatening, cursed scroll will assist in the race to the 0 life total. Creature control also is not a problem with a first turn lavamancer or fanatic drop. This deck HAS been tested, played, analyzed AND improved. I built this deck about 5 years ago (minus the new addition of jet) and it has won countless times. Bought it collectively, all black-bordered for 150 and sold it for 350.

Looks pretty straight forward, but I would strongly consider replacing the Wastelands with a more 'R' mana base. One of the worst things to have happen is dealing with a Wasteland in the opening hand when it could be more beneficial to have a straight mountain to run burn ASAP. I can't pull up the Banned/Restricted list where I am right now, but I know Wheel of Fortune was restricted at one point; you might want to double check to see if it still is. Even if it is, you can just increase the Browbeat count to balance the shift. Slith Firewalker is also a decent consideration, if at least in the sideboard. They make GREAT threats on the board but requires you to alter your burn philophy to ensure that the road is clear. Otherwise, great job. I know it goes without saying that a Mox Ruby and Lotus would assist in your speed as you're aiming for Vintage (hard to get a handle on, of course, though). When you get a chance, feel free to take a look at any of the decks I have posted here. They're older, but still loads of fun to play.
