I am not familiar with the meta at all, but Winged Coatl seems a bit underpowered and is eating up noncreature spots that Delver and Elementalist Adept need. As is, both only have a little over 1/3 of the deck that helps them (albeit with lots of good ol cantrips), so I can't help but think replacing Coatl with a noncritter spell would only help the build.Just a gut instinct, no experience in Pauper whatsoever.

Almost every card in the deck is severely, extremely underpowered. The only even vaguely playable flash creature in the format, besides Spellstutter Sprite of course, is Brinebarrow Intruder because of how badly it fucks up Mono Red and how elegantly it enables Of One Mind.
I might be missing something, but isn't Of One Mind not reduced by Brinebarrow Intruder because it's 'not' a non-human? Meaning, you can't just run a human-X and have the same creature count as both a human and non human?
Because it is a human it does not satisfy the non human condition of Of One MindThe rug flash deck is trying for a draw, go tempo game.Yes flash creature stats are sub optimal. P/t and abilities are playing second to keeping mana open for removal and playing creatures at instant speed if removal is not needed to try and close out the game. Any creature suggestions that keep this game plan in mind is always welcome. Also made changes to mainboard based on feedback
Generally, if you are playing flash creatures, your deck is gonna run at least 12 faeries, hence the relevance of the human subtype on the otherwise extremely shitty 1/2.The problem with decks like this is that they are 2017 decks; they have been power-crept out of the format completely : (
