Looks more like blue mill with black discard. If you want true black/blue mill you should look into "Mind Funeral" "Mind Grind" "Glimpse the Unthinkable" "Nemesis of Reason" "Consuming Aberration" and "Memory Sluice".

I would throw in 4 of both mind grind and consuming aberration. they are bait expensive but they do quite a good job at milling. other great black blue mill cards are mind funeral and glimpse the unthinkable. Other cards like traumatize can also be very nice.
