Deck Description

What began as a deck to bring Blightsteel Colossus out has transformed into an angel control deck. I also wanted to come up with a deck that wouldnt cost me an arm/leg/torso to afford. Since I own a JtMS and Gideon, they will be thrown in my deck. I don't want to center the deck around them, I don't want to buy any more of them but I can not deny their usefulness. God help me...

Deck discussion for Luminarch Control

why the everflowing chalice? it just gets in the way of shape anew and with only 1, its hard to bring it out even with the trinket mages. i say switch the trinket mages out with masters call. having an instant speed spell that gives you 2 artifacts seems better to me.

this definitely is a very successful way of getting out blightsteel as soon as possible. I would suggest adding in Inkmoth Nexus, because if you can't find Trinket mage or everflowing chalice, you still have an artifact creature to sacrifice and it doesn't get in the way of searching for blightsteel, because you need to spend 1 to make it an artifact
