Counterbalance: http://magiccards.info/cs/en/31.html Expensive $£ but good for counters. If you include counterbalance, you need more consistency in your deck, rather than have one of a lot of creatures...

@unifiedr The Land grabs are in a mono coloured deck for thinning the deck out and making it so you're more likely to draw the card you need. Regarding mana ramp, Overgrown Battlements is a good idea, and if you want to splash out a bit, Lotus Cobra.
