I think it's a little slow. You shuld have more spells and less land. 20 land should be enough. But it's not bad..

Nah, I believe he should stick to 24 lands because in a vampire deck you always need spare mana for Kalastira Highborn or some removal spells.
And btw you might want to get out some large creatures because i believe you're better off with Bloodghast, for the early pressure =D
