Blade of the bloodchief, feast of blood? This is the inspiration I've been looking for!!!Sweet vamp deck! Of course I'll make some changes like bloodline keeper and anowon the ruin sage but we all have different styles.

Exactly! If you don't have two out by time you need it then you've got bigger problems. That means a control deck already locked you down or something else went horribly wrong....
Tell that to all the people building vamp decks without it. I don't understand why you wouldn't either. I've even seen pharikas cure in place of it.... I'm hoping it's because they're not aware of the cards existence, otherwise I'm baffled.
THANK GOD!!!! FINALLY!! Someone that would run feast of blood in a vamp deck. Not really into budget building unless it's a theme for magic night or what have you but this is a pretty cool budget build. Bravo!
Hero of Leina Tower for example. When targeted you can pay x mana and put that many 1/1 counters on him.
Not a bad idea but if you're going to run that many buff spells it would make a lot more sense to run mainly creatures with heroic.....
Good way to keep people focused away from the vamps you don't want removed.
Also trying to stick with the aggro theme, there's an artifact called blade of the blood chief or something like that. Equipped vamp gets 2 +1/+1 counters whenever a creature is put into a graveyard. One to cast one to equip.
I like feast of blood over terminate in this ( or any vamp) deck. Two mana destroy target creature, gain four life. Sure you gotta have two vamps to cast it but more than likely if you don't have two vamps out by time you need to use it, game isn't going your way anyways.
Feast of blood would be much better than pharikas cure in your deck. All in all, being new to the game it's not a bad little tribal deck you built.
The upside to mark of the vampire is the +2/+2...., although for the same mana cost you can give all your creatures lifelink with one card. Also with the whip you can return a creature from your graveyard and it gains haste until end of turn. Also you may look into anowon the ruin sage ( I believe he's a 4/3 but at the beginning of each players upkeep they sacrifice a non vampire creature...... You won't have any non vampires). Also captivating vampire gives all other vampire creatures +1/+1 and you can tap five vamps to take control of target creature. lastly feast of blood ( I believe that's what it's called), 2 mana destroy target creature and gain 4 life. You have to have vampires to cast it which wouldn't be a problem for you.......Ohhh yeah! And........ Bloodline keeper..... Tap him to drop a 2/2 flying vamp every turn. With the whip and sanguine bond? Killer.
My eyes deceive me yet again....
I like the far/away idea. Or if you did splash some green that would give you the option of using putrefy...
I've always thought ultimate price is a side only card. You're working under the notion that said opponent has enough multi colored creatures to make it viable....
As in solid/strong
Good call. I got plenty of those, I'll test it out tonight.
Beast of a deck.
Also I would take out festering newt and the cauldrons. Put some marrow chompers and predators rapport in if you're worried about life gain. That way your not wasting tokens that you could be devouring.
Parallel lives? Double your token output..... Just an idea.
Great idea but like chewrida said, you need some removal. Or something to slow them down, propaganda, evacuation, go for the throat all good for slowing your opponents down.
