Deck Description

This deck is based off of an Infinite Mill/Infinite Damage combo I saw at the link below:
http://www.mtgvault.com/spike67/decks/infinite-milldamage-turn-34/

This particular build is meant to be a budget deck that is competitive enough to enjoy at the meta level. The deck could be improved greatly by Scalding Tarn and Serum Visions, but for cost those cards are not included in the Main Deck.

The Side Board is for saving improvement thoughts as well as some actual sideboard play like Lightning Bolt and Mana Leak.

How to Play

Best-case (Mill)
Turn 1 -> Mountain, Altar of the Brood
Turn 2 -> Eldrazi Temple, Nettle Drone
Turn 3 -> Island, Banishing Knack or Retraction Helix on Nettle Drone, zero-drop artifact, tap to return artifact to hand, and you have Infinite Mill
Best-case (Damage)
Turn 1 -> Mountain
Turn 2 -> Eldrazi Temple, Nettle Drone
Turn 3 -> Island, Nettle Drone, Retraction Helix on Nettle Drone, zero-drop artifact, tap to return artifact to hand, and you have Infinite Damage fromtapping your 2nd Nettle

The additional creatures all work with the Altar and Nursery combo, but Nettle benefits from Eldrazi Temple as a turn 2 play. Everything else is dependent on your draw and opponent.

Deck discussion for Combo Mill/Damage

Sadly, Eldrazi Temple's {2} can't be used to cast Molten Nursery. The Temple reads; "{T}: Add {2} to your mana pool. Spend this mana only to cast colorless Eldrazi spells or activate abilities of colorless Eldrazi." And while Molten Nursery is Devoid, it's not an Eldrazi, so the Temple can't be used to cast Nursery on turn two.
