I'm thinking -1 winter orb, +1 umezuma jitte, -1 elvish archdruid, +1 enlightened tutor...? Jitte is seriously insane.

Definitely lose the precursor golem... You dont even have any sorcery or instants. That's a good way to lose all your golems at once for cheap
