A shell of a deck designed to house a new enchantment coming in M15.http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/feature/267ymtc
The deck is focussed around cards that causes players to draw and discard many cards (Burning Inquiry, Lore Broker, Whispering Madness, Cephalid Coliseum, Rix Maadi) and cards that benefit whenever someone discards (Waste Not, Liliana's Caress, Abyssal Nocturnus, Sangromancer). The deck is also shaped so that it can reap any of the many benefits from Waste Not. Big mana sinks (Devil's Play, Lavaclaw Reaches), zombie hordes (Grixis Charm mode 3), and overdrawing (Unearth and Flashback effects).

You might find yourself discarding waaaaaaay too many cards, try adding something that makes your opponent while you keep more spells that make hime discard.

Don't understand your concern. Are you saying I need to watch out for milling myself? or are you concerned with card advantage?
you will discard ur own hand waaaaaaaaaaay too quickly
The only source of direct card disadvantage in the deck is Burning Inquiry. However, when you combine this card with the effects of Waste Not (or Liliana's Caress...or Abyssal Nocturnus....or Sangromancer) this quickly turns around and provides massive benefit. As a side note, a good number of cards actually work just fine from the graveyard. They don't care if they get discarded. If you discard at least one of these cards to Burning Inquiry you break even while potentially messing up the opponents hand.
