I believe their is a better version of Immaculate Magistrate, Timber watch elf. Realy good card, one less mana and same ability basically. Except it's not a counter, but by the time you do it, you win as long as you have trample on it with the rest of your elf tribal cards. Maybe you don't need wolf skull shaman, but kudos on the deck though.
Or possibly more consulate dreadnought because of those PeaceWalker Colossus' .
This is pretty good, yet it is to similar to Mardu vehicles, but it's still pretty impressive, you could throw out sky skiff for mobile garrison.
A great card for cycling is Shadow of the grave, it will allow your cycling to be even better.
