I know no one is really going to believe me until I actually play it against them but I made this deck for a few reasons. When I first heard about MTG as a kid I heard of Black Lotus being the rarest and most versatile card in the game. Looking into it I saw it was a part of a set called "The Power Nine" and I always dreamed it would be a dream come true if I owned a set of these.Being a little bit older with more of a Disposable Income I told myself I would buy one of these cards a month "It was hard, but like rent you have to bite the bullet and pay up" I told myself I would not spend more than $2,000 a black lotus and no more than $1,000 a mox. After 3 years of buying cards one at a time on ebay I was able to finish this deck. Thank god I finally have achieved my dream deck!Another reason I built this is because my friend has a FTK deck combining 0 cost monsters and Glimpse of nature...... then a grapeshot to the face! Some times it would fizzle and some times I would lose before taking a turn. that got me thinking, there has to be a better way to do this without fizziling as much. I took my Power Nine collection and used his deck idea and tweeked it. It rarely fizzles and when I bring it to local tournaments most players are awe-struck. I made a lot of friends having this deck and I am glad I invested the time and dedication into it.
The deck is simple. You have enough draw power to find yourself the Archmage and black lotus into him, but keep track of your blue mana and don't spend it needlessly. I ended up losing once because I spend all 4 mox sapphires on one archmage and did not have what I needed for Ancestrial Recall or thoughtcast. Contract from bellow is in the deck so you can remove them from your deck prior to the game turning a 60 card deck into a 56 card deck (Think of it like a free draw card) Wheel of fortune is awesome! It means you'll never fizzle your engine! Archmage pretty much runs the deck and if you need to cast Grapeshot before you Wheel of fortune and it does not kill him. The next one surley will! Great deck again, try it out and tell me what you think!

^agreeif you really have this deck, my next question is, do you have a significant other? $27k dude... that's a new car?
It's pretty amazing if you have all of these cards for the deck, but why spend that much money on a deck you can only play casually, You should at least try to make it vintage legal and try your own at a tournament sometime. If you want to keep it casual that's quite a price. I know making it vintage legal would really hit this deck hard with changes, but at least it wouldn't be so overwhelmingly illegal and unfair because of such.... But either way, if you actually own the cards you can make it as you will cause you're the lucky one with the power nine and I am not haha interesting deck tho
I don't need a new car lol, I drive a 2000 green convertable Mustang and I love it "Tho it eats gas like crazy as a V6" and I did not need to pay rent for a whole year while I was deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan so I used the money I would have spent on rent in these cards so it did not hurt my budget. My girlfriend does not mind as long as I make her my #1 which I go out of my way to make her feel like my world.
whole shit is all I have to say....
wow thats a lambo deck
