Etched Monstrosity may not be a great card but in combination with Melira it makes a large blocker/swinger, for only 5 mana
Sanguine Bond turns Exquisite Blood into an infinite combo :)

Rhox Faithmender is a creature with the effect of Boon Reflection but it costs 1 less mana
Why run discard without Liliana's Caress?
I know you're not running red, but perhaps splashing split land to run Vent Sentinal?
That would indeed work, I have never seen that before
Rhox Faithmender isn't a cat, but it says whenever you gain life, you gain double that much life instead
It could also be useful in the sense of Oring one of your creatures, cast worldfire at the beginning of your turn, play your land after, and play a 1drop red creature with haste
Also useful would be ramp spells such as Explore and Nature's Lore, and late game Ranger's Path and Boundless Realms are a good means of mana ramp. As mentioned above, Llanawar Elves, Arbor Elves, and Birds of Paradise are useful, as well as Lotus Cobra (banned in tournaments) and Dryad Arbor.
Ajani's Sunstriker is also a decent addition, 2 drop (double white) 2/2 with lifelink
Oh, I see. M13 is a pretty good set, I went to the pre-release and pulled some pretty good stuff, but there are a couple garbage rares.
