I recently got a copy of The Scorpion God on mtg arena and was inspired to make a deck around it. I soon found out about the wither mechanic and decided to make a deck around that.
Essentially your goal is to quickly put out any of the creatures and start pumping out -1/-1 counters and use scorpion god and kulrath knight to control the board while you swing in and burn to kill your opponent. the karn is mainly just used to generate card advantage allowing you to have even further control over the match.
