Ondu War Cleric and Kalastria Healer would be advantageous in a B/W-life gain-ally deck.

Sliver Queen produces Sliver tokens if you didn't already know.

NO! NONONONONONO!!!!
Points for going after the older slivers, since most people don't use them anymore they are much better than the M14/M15 slivers. But the rest you got wrong. Also, the newer slivers are still useful. You should add some of them.
Slivers build on themselves perfectly to the point where nearly any three on the field makes them formidable. The rest is purely unnecessary. You don't need enchantments or artifacts. And where is Overlord, Queen, and Hivelord? You're trying too hard for variety. You don't need so many different lands either. Stick with basic lands and lands that tap for any mana. The rest are too slow, too costly, or just not needed.
I'll up vote because I see what you're trying to do and I admire your resources. But you can do so much better.

Conjurer's Closet might help too. At your endstep you exile target creature then return it to play. With enough creatures on the field you can pull of the combo twice on your endstep. Plus, it's a triggered effect so most spells can't counter it.

Oh! Damn, now I see it. Man, I'm sorry.

But with only one creature draining your opponent's life I would suggest removing the tag.

That's my bad I guess. I thought I saw a spell that drained your own life to search for a card. I might have seen that in a different deck. Sorry about that.

I still don't see it. I see some nice combos, just not infinite. You need 6-9 mana each turn to pull it off and eventually you wont be able to continue after you get all those creatures exiled. If you had spells to return creatures/cards to your hand would work better but it's still not infinite. Eventually you'll have to stop and start it up again. It's more of a repetitive combo.

I'm having trouble seeing the infinite combo. What is it?

There's not much in terms of actual life draining. Only three spells and one of them drains your own life. I think I can see what you're trying to build, but I would suggest looking for more cards that target your opponent's life. Also, you may want some stronger creatures. Someone casts Languish mid game and you're wide open to whatever creatures they have our at the time.

Mana curve is a little on the high side but other than that well made.

There doesn't to be as much life gain cards as there could be.
A combo you could add at least in your side board: Wall of Reverence, Rhox Faithmender, and Serra Avatar. I kid you not I've managed to get my life to over 10 million with this combo.
Warning: It is a costly combo. Serra Avatar is 7 cost and the others are four each. However, with just Serra Avatar and wall of Reverence on the field your life doubles each turn. With Rhox Faithmender, it triples.
Let's say you're still at 20 life when you have all three out. Five turns later, your life is at 1620. Three turns later you're almost at 50K. Two turns=just under 400K.

Jaddi Offshoot, Retreat to Kazandu, Dazzling Reflection, and Dragonlord Dromoka could help a lot.
Jaddi Offshoot is a one cost defender that gains you life when ever you play a land. Retreat to Kazandu is three cost and does the same as Jaddi Offshoot OR you could give a creature a +1/+1 counter. Dazzling Reflection is great when you're open to attack. Not only gains you life, but prevents damage from a single creature. And while it's a high six cost creature, as long as Dragonlord Dromoka is on the field your opponents can't cast spells during you turn. It doesn't hurt she's got lifelink.
I specialize in Life gain and nearly all my decks have a touch of it. If you want more detailed ideas feel free to check them out. Good luck man.
Footnote: I'd steer clear of red or blue spells in a life gain deck. It slows you down significantly. Just a suggestion.

Increasing Confusion is too good of a card to get rid of. Especially in a mill deck. Do NOT get rid of Increasing Confusion. That's too good to get rid of. I suggest Breaking and Entering cards you don't need. I'd also do away with the fetch lands that take your life. With no creatures for defense you'll be left wide open and sacrificing your own life is only helping your opponent. Maybe simple Evolving Wilds would do best. If you want low cost, Paranoid Delusions would be a good addition. Even better with creatures. Also, I would suggest adding more land capable of mana production rather than getting more lands. That being said, Mind Grind could utterly destroy your opponents.

I made my own mill deck a while ago if you want to check it out.

Yeah, in an all low cost mill deck they aren't choice. But Consuming Aberration is always a good choice regardless of mana cost. My opinioin.

Traumatize and Consuming Aberration. Best cards for a mill deck. Traumatize is kinda cruel, though.

Great deck. Very well built. I would suggest working on the lands, though. Maybe more than just one Rouge;s Passage, some of the dual lands from Ravnica that tap for two colors at once (ex. Rakdos Carnarium). Just a suggestion. But other than that the deck looks amazing. I hope you piss off all your opponents with your victories.
