When Arcade's came out I thought it was an easy build around but I did not want to go the traditional route. I figured this as a good opportunity to create a super friends deck that would be unexpected from a bunch of defenders. I put in what I thought was the best walls and the best planeswalkers to play off of each other.
This deck seems to go 2 different ways. Either your drawing into planes walkers or your drawing into walls. Both ways seem to work well enough because the cmc on the walls is cheap enough that if you play a planeswalker early, you should be able to get a defender out soon enough. I tried to have multiple ways to have it so the walls can attack as though they didn't have defender and they serve a great protection for your planeswalkers.

NOTE: Set by owner when deck was made.
No Assualt Formation? That should be an auto-include!Also, check out Tower Defense! You won't get a better deal for just two mana ... Maybe Meekstone?

I don't disagree with you but I think it is the same problem we all get when building a deck. Too many cards and not enough space. The struggle is real when trying to figure out what you would cut to fit those in.
Vanquisher's Banner could be cut for example. You have 21 creatures and only 13 of them are actually walls, so the banner isn't all that useful. I'd also rather have a backup like Assault Formation than something like Brave the Sands that is only useful if everything else is in place. And then there is your heavy focus on planeswalkers like Steady Progress or Oath of Teferi, cards that have no synergy with your commander or main theme of the deck.
