using the hydra as a scource of +1/+1 counters and using bioshift to get in for damage with the Krasis or getting mana from Gyre Sage. You can also get counters from the Raiders if mass attacking if you cant get the hydras. Then a third way to get counters onto creatures is using forced adaptation to slowly gain counters early in the game.
