The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

land precentage isnt low. i recently told someone else the same thing heres the secret to finding out just how much mana you need in decks. 30-32% in decks that require little to zero mana 34-36% in most decks (this one would be in this catagory) 38-40% in control decks and decks that rely heavily on mana ill come back and look at your deck in detail later

Hey thanks, that's awesome! I'll have to rethink my mana totals in our other decks. Any other help would be great
alright browsing through this now, im going to make suggestions on the basis of you owning every card in the game (i know you dont), ill try to keep to the kamigawa cycle.
one of the best parts of black is being able to fetch creatures from your graveyard, one of the best parts of arcane spells is the fact that you can potentially play one card repeatedly all game long, ill start off by suggesting Soulless Revival instead of wit's end, Horobi's Whisper instead of terror. then to mill this deck down a bit lets drop swallowing plague, teller of tales, 1x swamp 1x island lets make discarding a bit more consistent and evil with the only card that can force your opponent to discard during their turn, nezumi shortfang instead of ravenous rats shape stealer instead of Kami of Twisted Reflection, and finally out of need for a large creature id drop gibbering kami for 2x Keiga, the Tide Star and 1x Kira, Great Glass-Spinner the mana curve probally isnt going to be great, id probally have to sit here and make my own deck instead of one in my head to get it right, but i think the deck would be far more powerful if you make these changes.
I will sing your praises loud & long! Making EVERY change you suggested (incl. less land in other decks). I may not have ALL the cards, but I know where to buy them. Except for Kira, your changes aren't hard on the wallet. No too worried about mana curve because of the Sunken Ruins & Dark Rituals. I usually avoid onesie/twosie cards in a deck. Assuming a game goes 8 rounds (our usual), then I'm seeing 25% of the deck, so I'd need 3 or 4 to have a good chance of drawing what I need/want.
well kira's cost and amazingness goes hand in hand, eventually you should be able to make this deck into a bunch of 3's and a couple of 2's as you playtest it and figure out what you want, didnt want to remake the deck entirely just build on what you have, have fun ill be around if you want advice elsewhere.
oh theres also drowned catacomb for another dual land, but those are slightly expensive currently, as well as creeping tar pit, which would be more expensive, but theres a couple options for ya.
rawr it feels like im spamming the comment box now, you can drop the land by another 1 quite safely i believe and make up the card wherever you wish.
The Dark Rituals x3 were there for Wits End x2. Since I took those out, I swapped Gibbering Kami x3 for the Rituals. Just love the flying / soulshift effects The deck LOST in the holiday weekend "Last deck standing" contest to the Blue Artifact deck (W1: L2) but I feel much better about its chances...
sorry to hear that, but assuming your playing in tournaments this deck isnt going to make it there very well at all, because kamigawa cycle is in the legacy and vintage formats, meaning people are running 8 years worth of magic cards in their decks and can make much more brutal decks because of this, just something to think about, regardless this looks like a fun deck to play with some friends.
also if your looking for tournament quality decks, most of my decks id go to a tournament with, particularly most of my mono white decks id check them out and make one with your own spin.
Not looking to play any of my decks in REAL tournaments. Just family bragging rights sort of thing. As fast as the cards come out, I can't afford to keep up with the Jones. Someday, I'll get the courage to try a sealed deck or booster draw tourney...IF I can ever find one within 50 miles of home. We discovered the xbox version of MtG, got hooked & decided we could build better decks than was on offer. I bought some ebay lots & traded a couple of board/card games off to get a ton of, let's face it, junk. Still, they've sparked a ton of ideas.
