I wanted to make a deck that fir my budget, and that I have a lot of the cards already. I started collecting cards from innistrad, Dark Ascension, Avacyn Restored blocks. So here is my mono-black discard deck. This deck has a fair amount of cheap creatures and spells to help discard your opponents hand. Hope you enjoy my deck, need help on last minute touches if you could please comment.
Main thing is to get out your enchantment: Shrieking Affliction ASAP. As soon as you do start making your opponent discard their hand. Several ways to do this. Load the battlefield up with squishy creatures, that when they die you make your opponent discard. Also several sorcery spells that will force discards as well. If this deck works like its suppose to, your opponent wont have any cards and will lose life rapidly due to enchantments.

Some alternatives:"Liliana's Caress" against "Megrim"...cheaper to play and the life-loss can't be prevented"The Rack" against "Shrieking Affliction"...The Rack activates it's ability a little easier and perhaps more often"Smallpox" against "Mental Agony"...Smallpox attacks all recourses you and your opponent have: mana, life, cards and creatures. The only thing of these which might hurt you a little bit is the own discard. If you don't want to use Smallpox, I would nevertheless remove Mental Agony, as it is rather expensive to play, and maximize some other slots . "Scepter of Fugue" could be an interesting Artifact for you, as it enables you to remove a handcard from your opponent every turn, no matter what cards you have on your hand. GreetingsMuktol

Thank you for your input. I definitely like your some of your suggestions. I play casual play and I like the flow of the deck with some of the cards you mentioned. I don't want the deck to be overwhelming so I am not going to add The rack. The card is too old, too pricey, and too OP. I like seen that Mental Agony is a pricey card to get out, Im either going to keep one or just sideboard it. Not entirely sure I like smallpox so its sideboarded for now. I was able to find one scepter of fugue for cheap, if I am able to find another I will remove mental agony and just sideboard.Thank you for all your advise. Going to be looking at my local gaming shops to see if I can find some good deals on my updated deck.
