A deck based on Strionic Resonator.
Strionic Resonator can be used to copy any of the creature's abilities as well as Gutter Grime. Altar's Reap, Elvish Visionary and Viridian Emissary help to quickly go through the deck. Black Cat frustrates opponents. Perilous Myr gets rid of pesky little creatures. Works really well and is very affordable.

i like the idea of the deck. However, i don't know that dying wish will pull it's weight when you're actively trying to keep your power low so you can fully use driver of the dead. I also have my deeply ingrained suspicions about sylvok lifestaff... it may gain you a lot of life but suspect you could be doing better things with your mana. I don't know why black cat is in the sideboard, i would greatly encourage you to take out 4x dying wish for 4x black cat. i thought about blood artist; he's a good fit but copying his ability is totally not worth it. then i thought about the new card in theros. Reaper of the wild will be an excellent fit, although probably not as budget as the rest of the deck. solemn simulacron and golgari thug might also be good fits. Hey cool budget deck though! like the way it plays.

I changed this deck a lot. Works much better now.
beautiful. I like the deck a whole lot now.
lumberknot and acidic slime might be pretty great
Great idea, but you need a 1 drop. Maybe Deathgreeter? With Festering goblin, you can target your own creatures.
Very good suggestions. Generally I'm able to kill off my creatures easily enough through attacking, Altar's Reap, Bone Splinters or opponent's creature destruction. This deck generally sucks, but I appreciate the feedback Zoakselot!
