Netherborn Phalanx can transmute for it or Deadly Tempest.Oona's Prowler may make opponents discard and can be used for my cards with madness.Stay alive Alms of the Vein and Blood Tithe until Painful Quandary is out, which by then opponent's shouldn't have a hand and will lose 5 life for each spell they cast. Jinxed Choker to finish the job.
