Hmmm...this doesn't so much strike me as a mill deck, because the win-con doesn't seem to be to mill your opponent, but to hit him with big creatures/overwhelm him with little faeries, while disrupting his gameplay with some mill/discard. I would either a) focus more heavily on the faerie win-con, by adding in bitterblossom and some other cards, or b) remove most of the creatures, and focus instead on creatures like Nemesis of Reason and Raven Guild Master, maybe a sword of body and mind and some whispersilk cloaks, and then some more mill cards, like Archive trap, Mind funeral, and tome scour.
